Nowbee

Terms of Use

Last updated 16 August 2026

The short version. Nowbee shows you what's on in your city. We don't sell tickets, we don't run the events, and we don't take your money. When you want a ticket, we send you to the company that actually sells it — and if you buy one, they usually pay us a commission. You can use the whole app without an account. It is for adults: 18 or over.

Who we are

Nowbee is operated by KURA ENERJİ ÜRETİM BİLGİSAYAR YAZILIM ELEKTRONİK İLETİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., trading as KuraBIL, İşçi Blokları Mah. 1506. Cad. No: 21, İç Kapı No: 43, Çankaya, Ankara 06530, Türkiye. Contact us at info@kurabil.com.

By using Nowbee you agree to these terms.

Nowbee is for adults

You must be 18 or over to use Nowbee. Much of what we list is licensed premises, club nights and bars, and a good deal of it is 18+ at the door regardless of what we say here. Individual events may set their own age limits, which are the organiser's to enforce, not ours.

What Nowbee is

Nowbee is a listings app. It shows events happening in the cities we cover, on a time axis, with how far each one is from you.

What Nowbee is not: we are not the organiser, promoter or venue of any event listed, and we are not the seller of any ticket. We do not take bookings, hold money, or issue tickets. Nothing is ever bought inside the app.

Where the listings come from

Most listings come from ticketing companies and event providers such as Skiddle and Ticketmaster. They write the information; we arrange it.

That means we cannot promise a listing is accurate, current or complete. Times change, line-ups change, events are moved and cancelled, and prices shown may be out of date or exclude fees. Before you rely on a listing — especially before you travel — check the event on the provider's own page. That page is always one tap away.

If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will look at it. We can remove a listing from Nowbee, but we cannot change anything on the provider's site.

Buying a ticket

Tickets are bought from the provider, on their site, under their terms. Your contract for that ticket is with them and with the event's organiser — not with us.

So anything to do with the ticket itself goes to them: payment, delivery, entry, changes, cancellations and refunds. We cannot refund a ticket we never sold, and we have no power to make anyone else refund one.

How we make money

If you tap through to a provider and buy a ticket, the provider may pay us a commission. That is our only source of revenue: we sell no advertising, we take no payment from venues or promoters, and nobody can pay to appear higher in the listings.

Commission does not change what you pay, and it does not change the order events appear in. The order is worked out from the time an event starts and how far away it is, and nothing else.

Your account

You can browse, search, share and open ticket links without an account. An account exists only so that saved events and followed venues survive a change of phone.

If you create one, keep your sign-in secure — an account is signed in with Apple or Google, so that mostly means keeping those secure. You can delete your account in the app at any time, and doing so deletes what we hold. What we hold, and for how long, is in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend access if any of these happen. We'll say why where we can.

What belongs to whom

The app, the site, the name Nowbee and the way listings are presented are ours. Event descriptions, artwork and provider logos belong to the providers, the organisers or the artists — we show them under the terms those providers set, and their rights are not ours to give away.

You may share an event from Nowbee wherever you like. That is what the share links are for.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of Nowbee, including which cities we cover. We may update these terms; if a change matters to you, we will say so in the app or on the site before it takes effect, and the date at the top will change.

Nowbee is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular event will be listed.

Where we stand if something goes wrong

We are responsible for what a company in our position should reasonably be responsible for, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that: we are not responsible for the events themselves, for what happens at them, for tickets sold by other companies, or for any loss caused by a listing being wrong when the provider's own page was correct and available.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that these terms do not affect.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and a dispute may be brought before its courts. We are established in Türkiye, but Nowbee is made for the UK and this is where it should be answerable.

If you are a consumer, that choice takes nothing away from you: you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you keep the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

We do not use binding arbitration, and you do not give up any right to bring a claim as part of a group.
