Delete your Nowbee account

Last updated 23 August 2026

The short version. Open Nowbee, tap the account icon, then Delete account. It happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you never signed in, there is no account and nothing stored โ€” you can stop reading here.

From inside the app

  1. Open Nowbee.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top right of the timeline.
  3. On My Events, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm on the dialog that appears. It says what is about to go, because afterwards there is nothing left to check against.

You are signed out and the account is gone. Browsing still works โ€” Nowbee needs no account to show you what's on.

If you can't reach the app

Write to info@kurabil.com from the address you can be reached at and ask us to delete your account. Tell us whether you signed in with Apple or with Google โ€” that is how we find the record, since we do not store your email address. We respond within one month, as UK data protection law requires, and usually far sooner.

Deleting some of your data, without deleting your account

You do not have to choose all or nothing. Inside the app you can remove any single piece of what we hold:

Both take effect immediately and leave your account and everything else intact. If you want something else removed โ€” your display name, for instance โ€” write to info@kurabil.com and say what. Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict what we do with it, and we answer within one month.

What is deleted

All of it goes at once, in the same operation. Nothing is kept in a recoverable state and there is no grace period during which we could put it back.

What is kept, and why it isn't yours

Nowbee counts how many times each event's ticket link was opened, so we can tell which listings are useful. Those rows carry the event and the ticket seller and nothing about the person who tapped โ€” no account, no device, no session, no IP address. They cannot be linked back to you before deletion or after it, which is also why deleting your account does not remove them: there is nothing there to remove.

We keep no backups of account data from which a deleted account could be reconstructed.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Removing Nowbee from your phone leaves your account on our side untouched, and it will still be there if you install the app again and sign in. Use Delete account first if you want it gone.

Signing out instead

If you only want to leave this phone, use Sign out on the same screen. That ends the session here and keeps your saved events for the next time you sign in.
